<summary type="text">Relatório de estágio supervisionado no setor da coordenação de extensão (COEX) - IFRN Zona Norte
This report aims to integrate the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the undergraduate degree in Marketing Technology with professional practice, through the description of experiences and activities carried out during the supervised internship at the Coordenação de Extensão (COEX) of the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte – Campus Natal - Zona Norte. Among the activities carried out, the following stand out: providing assistance and guidance to students and companies, supporting selection processes, preparing contracts, registering students in Unified Public Administration System SUAP, organizing files, producing institutional and promotional materials, as well as supporting administrative routines and monitoring the sector’s actions. The results highlighted the importance of the intern’s role in optimizing internal workflows and improving communication with target audiences, contributing to the strengthening of the institution's image and the effectiveness of the services provided. Improvement proposals made during the internship, such as standardizing the visual identity and digitizing processes, were partially implemented and showed potential for positive impact. It is concluded that the experience provided essential complementary training for the student's professional development, broadening their understanding of public administration, the strategic role of extension activities, and the practical application of institutional marketing.

<summary type="text">A gestão de repositórios institucionais: uma análise a partir das políticas institucionais de informação dos institutos federais brasileiros
: Institutional policies are guiding instruments for managing repositories. This study analyses&#13;
the guidelines for managing Institutional Repositories at Federal Institutes based on institutional&#13;
information policies. It maps the institutes with repositories in operation and searches for institutional&#13;
documents. It is classified as exploratory and descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach using&#13;
document analysis procedures. It points out that the Institutes' institutional IR information policies&#13;
have more general guidelines aimed at management, such as the formation of management&#13;
committees. There is a link with the libraries to carry out IR support and management activities. It is&#13;
recommended that future research be carried out to ascertain the effectiveness of IR management&#13;
practices at the institutes.

<title>Uma década de histórias: a produção do conhecimento em Educação Profissional do PPGEP/IFRN (2013-2023)</title>

<summary type="text">Uma década de histórias: a produção do conhecimento em Educação Profissional do PPGEP/IFRN (2013-2023)
This exhibition presents the IFRN academic and scientific community, other teaching, research and extension institutions,&#13;
as well as society in general (such as public accountability), the results of the SELF-ASSESSMENT PROJECT OF THE&#13;
FIRST DECENNIUM OF PPGEP/IFRN.&#13;
The project aims to record and analyze technical, academic and scientific production and social immersion developed by&#13;
education science workers (teachers and students) of the aforementioned program during its 10 years of existence. It is&#13;
exhibition aims to support self-assessment in the sense that, considering the materialization of actions already carried out,&#13;
propose new and other actions to improve the academic and technical-scientific training of its students.&#13;
Thus, the exhibition “A DECADE OF STORIES: THE PRODUCTION OF KNOWLEDGE IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF&#13;
PPGEP/IFRN (2013-2023)” is an academic work that involves scientific training fed by theories, methodologies and&#13;
practices that feed into the postgraduate evaluation process in Brazil developed and promoted by CAPES. That&#13;
training materializes in what is produced as academic, scientific, technical, teaching and extension knowledge,&#13;
disseminated and published in different academic and scientific dissemination products and textual genres, planned and carried out in the process of mediating knowledge by PPGEP/IFRN teachers and students.&#13;
Finally, we dedicate this exhibition to everyone who fights for quality education for all children and young children of&#13;
workers in Brazil, and those who resist risking their lives for social justice in the country, and in particular, the student&#13;
Haudália Magna Vercosa de Sousa (in memorian), from the class of 2013, whose dream of becoming a master in professional education did not materialize, to Professor José Yvan Pereira Leite (in memorian) for his tireless contributions to academic-scientific production in the scientific instrumentation workshops for the use of digital platforms that he held annually at PPGEP/IFRN, and&#13;
to professor Natércio Dias de Holanda (in memorian) for the numerous collaborations in the first selections of students for the PPGEP/IFRN.&#13;
Therefore, we invite you to contemplate the banners that make up this exhibition and we commit to continue&#13;
The exhibition is one of the parts of the project and provides a summary of the results presented in the&#13;
book “BETWEEN STRUGGLES AND RESISTANCE: A DECADE OF STORIES, SCIENCE AND PRODUCTION&#13;
OF KNOWLEDGE IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN PPGEP/IFRN” (Silva et al.; 2023) and&#13;
It has a commemorative and memorial nature of the 10 years of PPGEP/IFRN. Thus, it is expected&#13;
that this project provides greater visibility to the work carried out by its researchers.&#13;
In the continuity of the fight for an emancipatory education for those who live from work&#13;
and for professional and technological education for life and the material production of&#13;
existence with dignity, this exhibition is yet another educational and formative action for&#13;
PPGEP/IFRN, which is inspired by the following thought by José Saramago:&#13;
“We are the memory we have and the responsibility we assume. No memory&#13;
we exist, without responsibility perhaps we do not deserve to exist.&#13;
”&#13;
