<summary type="text">O ensino de língua inglesa na educação de jovens e adultos no Município de Canguaretama/RN : percepções docentes
Teaching English to Youth and Adult Education students – EJA – still constitutes a major challenge for teachers in Brazil. Based on this question, the present paper is then established, with the objective of knowing the profile of these teachers and their perceptions in relation to working with the English language in the EJA modality. Having as the locus of investigation the schools of the State Education Network of Rio Grande do Norte existing in the municipality of Canguaretama/RN, the research focused on professionals working only in EJA high school classes and included the application of an online questionnaire, composed of closed questions which was forwarded to participants through the EJA sector existing in the 2nd Regional Education Directorate – DIREC. In this proposition, the paper was constituted in the light of authors such as Freire (1996), Libâneo (2004), Vygotsky (2007), Kramsch (2017), among others with productions focused on the context of EJA and teaching practice. The results achieved revealed that the teachers participating in the research present a significant level of training distance, whether initial or continued, in working with the English language, which can be reflected as an obstacle to achieving more significant results in working with the English language. discipline at EJA. Furthermore, with regard to the perception of these professionals regarding the relationship between EJA students and the aforementioned language, issues of insecurity, low interest and learning2 difficulties stand out, in particular due to the lack of real perspectives for using the language. <summary type="text">Práticas de alfabetização e letramento na educação de jovens e adultos
This work has the aim to analyse the Young and adult literacy practice, developed on&#13;
Homero Homem School, in Canguaretama – RN. It is about a qualitative research that has&#13;
privileged as methodological procedures: the bibliographic survey, from authors that are&#13;
linked to current studies about the subject, among them, SOARES, 2006; TEBEROSKY,&#13;
1995; FREIRE, 1996, among others that were profitable for discussing the literacy and pedagogical practices concepts; the research field observation and the application of questionnaires. The obtained results show the importance and necessity of greater knowledge about literacy practices on the school, for serving more successfully the requirement of the information society, whose technological base requires complex formative skills and almost always ruled in various textual support.

<summary type="text">A neuropsicopedagogia mediando as metodologias na aprendizagem de jovens e adultos - EJA
Il presente studio ha sviluppato il tema "NEUROPSYCHOPEDAGOGY MEDIATING METHODOLOGIES IN LEARNING YOUNG AND ADULTS - EJA", sottolineando l'insegnamento dell'EJA e le sue sfide metodologiche, ha come obiettivo generale quello di comprendere le metodologie utilizzate dal neuropsicopedagogo come mediazione dell'insegnamento e dell'apprendimento nella modalità di Giovani e Adulti - EJA. Attraverso la ricerca-azione, osservazioni e questionari, indagando le pratiche degli insegnanti eja, sono stati progettati i&#13;
seguenti obiettivi specifici: Analizzare il contributo del neuropsicopedagogo con metodologie finalizzate all'educazione di giovani e adulti; Discutere la valutazione come mediazione per il processo di apprendimento; e conoscere attraverso la ricerca documentaria la storia dell'educazione dei giovani e degli adulti per comprendere le metodologie appropriate a questo pubblico specifico. For the theoretical basis, some authors were consulted, such as: Freire (2001), (2017), (1996); Moraes (2006); Minayo (2000); among others. To meet the study in question, a questionnaire was developed as methodology open to teachers working in the EJA in their home municipalities. The results obtained with this research will serve as a guideline for the professionals of the EJA, in order to contribute to the understanding of the teaching and learning processes pertinent to pedagogical practice with methodologies aimed at meeting the demands of this modality of teaching.
