This report describes the activities developed and the knowledge acquired
during participation in the IFRN Student Training Support Program, within the
Information Technology Coordination (CTI) of the Canguaretama Campus. The
activities ranged from technical support and preventive and corrective hardware
maintenance to direct user assistance. The management of these services occurred
via the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP), through the resolution of
technical requests opened by staff, students, outsourced workers, and visitors. In the
support area, demands related to software, operating systems, and hardware
infrastructure were resolved. The experience allowed for an understanding of the
strategic role of the CTI in the continuity of academic and administrative activities,
highlighting the practical challenges of IT routines. It is concluded that participation in
the program strengthened the student's technical training, preparing them for the
demands of the job market.

This course completion report aims to present the practical activities developed during
the Young Apprentice program, as well as all the work assigned to it, which was crucial
for the construction and development of empirical practice. All experiences were
carried out at the company Vale Verde Empreendimentos Agrícolas Ltda, aiming to
contribute to the enhancement of knowledge for the student’s technical training. During
the internship, planning and control of industrial maintenance were performed within
the scope of maintenance planning. The activities practiced during the internship were
all carried out according to the points of the internship plan, relating the knowledge
and theory acquired in the classroom to praxis, in accordance with the company’s
requirements and always seeking the well-being of apprentice employees for the
