The construction industry plays a significant role in Brazil's economic and social development, &#13;
contributing to job creation, infrastructure expansion, and urban growth. However, the sector &#13;
continues to rank among those with the highest incidence of occupational accidents, particularly &#13;
due to the execution of activities involving a high level of risk. In this context, the &#13;
implementation of preventive tools is essential for reducing workplace accidents and promoting &#13;
safer working environments. Preliminary Risk Analysis constitutes an important methodology &#13;
for the identification, assessment, and control of occupational hazards, enabling the anticipation &#13;
of potentially dangerous situations. When combined with the guidelines established by &#13;
Regulatory Standard nº 18, which defines the working conditions and work environment &#13;
requirements for the construction industry, it represents a strategic instrument for ensuring safer &#13;
construction practices. This study aims to analyze the application of the PRA tool in &#13;
construction project planning, examining its contribution to accident prevention and &#13;
compliance with the requirements of NR-18. The adopted methodology consists of &#13;
bibliographic and documentary research, as well as a case study focused on the preventive &#13;
measures required for the execution of the Foundation and Structural phases of a building &#13;
belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Risk matrices were developed &#13;
for the project's critical activities, identifying their respective risk levels, hazards, potential &#13;
consequences, and preventive measures. The results demonstrate that the systematic application &#13;
of these tools enables the prior identification of unsafe conditions, reduces the likelihood of &#13;
occupational accidents, and supports decision-making throughout the project's execution &#13;
planning.

<summary type="text">Avalista: concepção e desenvolvimento do frontend de uma ferramenta para avaliação de interfaces por inspeção
Interface evaluation is a fundamental practice for ensuring the quality and usability of interactive systems. In the context of the Technology in Systems Analysis and Development course at IFRN, this practice is central and supported by a research project initiated in 2019, which resulted in the creation of the Eureca List 2024, a consolidated inspection-based evaluation instrument. This work presents itself as the next evolutionary step of this research, addressing the challenge of optimizing the manual application of the list. The objective was to conceive and develop the first version of the frontend prototype, a web tool to automate, standardize, and optimize the evaluation process. The methodology was based on the Problem Laboratory for the investigation of needs and culminated in the development of the frontend with React, guided by User Stories. The main result is a prototype that implements the essential workflow of an individual evaluation, from project management to the registration of issues, and which was developed to integrate with a backend API, developed in parallel by another student of the course. It is concluded that the prototype validates the proposal's feasibility, establishing a foundation for future work, such as the implementation of collaborative modules and engagement strategies.

<title>Identificação de manifestações patológicas em residências financiadas pelo Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida na cidade de Extremoz do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte: estudo de caso</title>

<summary type="text">Identificação de manifestações patológicas em residências financiadas pelo Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida na cidade de Extremoz do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte: estudo de caso
The present study aims to identify and analyze pathological manifestations in three&#13;
residential buildings financed by the "Minha Casa Minha Vida" Program (PMCMV) in the&#13;
municipality of Extremoz, Rio Grande do Norte, with over ten years of occupancy. The&#13;
methodology consisted of systematic visual inspections supported by checklists,&#13;
photographic records, and structured interviews with residents to survey the buildings'&#13;
history. The results revealed the recurrent presence of pathologies in sealing systems&#13;
(cracks and fissures), coating and painting (stains, wear, and bubbles), as well as critical&#13;
moisture issues (infiltrations and mold stains) and occasional anomalies in electrical&#13;
installations. It was found that all analyzed units presented defects within the first five&#13;
years of use, suggesting the occurrence of construction defects originating during the&#13;
execution phase. The main identified causes refer to the absence or deficiency of&#13;
waterproofing, technical execution failures, the use of low-quality materials, the absence of&#13;
secondary structural elements (lintels and sill beams) in openings, and the lack of&#13;
preventive maintenance by users. The pattern of occurrence was similar across the&#13;
properties, with moisture predominantly affecting bedrooms and bathrooms. Despite the&#13;
pathologies found, the residents' perception regarding the quality of the housing varied&#13;
between fair and good. It is concluded that there is a pressing need to intensify quality&#13;
control in the program's construction works and ensure strict compliance with current&#13;
technical standards, aiming to guarantee the durability and habitability of social interest&#13;
housing units.

<summary type="text">Análise técnica e econômica das práticas de manejo sustentável na cajucultura: um estudo de caso em propriedades rurais, Maxaranguape-RN
This study aims to analyze sustainable cashew management practices on rural properties in the interior of Maxaranguape, Rio Grande do Norte, during the 2024 harvest, between September and December. It assesses their impacts on environmental management and identifies opportunities for technical and economic optimization. This research focuses on the following research question: What sustainable management practices are employed on these properties, and how do these practices influence productivity, environmental management, and producer income? The methodology used in this applied, qualitative and quantitative research is case study-based and uses semi-structured questionnaires administered individually to three rural landowners, as well as field visits and photographic records of the properties. The results indicate a lack of sustainable management practices, excessive use of pesticides, and inadequate storage and disposal of toxic packaging. Furthermore, the properties face challenges related to the high incidence of diseases and pests common to cashew farming and low orchard productivity. The study also highlights a lack of environmental awareness among producers, highlighting the need for environmental education and assistance from trained technicians. It concludes that there is an urgent need for a more integrated and sustainable approach to local cashew farming, one that promotes long-term resilience and innovation on farms.
