Estágio curricular na NayTec assessoria contábil: suporte técnico na área de manutenção

Abstract

This current report was made in order to detail the activities performed during Leonardo Jerôni- mo’s supervised internship, from the Integrated Technical Course of High School Level in Maintenance and Support in Computing of the IFRN Natal-Central campus, in the firm Naytec Accounting Consultancy. It consisted of many activities, from making patch cables and software installing and maintaining to backing up files and corrective and preventive maintenance services in laptops and PCs, to, thereby, work out the student’s interdisciplinary field e successfully finish the course.
