This Article has the objective of presenting the innovative behavior adopted by companies of the textile industry of Rio Grande do Norte, upon verification of innovative practices present in their organizational routines. The empirical data were collected through classroom research conducted among fifteen industries in Serido Region of the state, participants of Pro-Inova Project in RN. Having been considered in survey thirteen dimensions: (1) Bid; (2) Platform; (3) Mark; (4) Customers; (5) Solutions; (6) Relationship; (7) Aggregation of Value; (8) Processes; (9) Organization; (10) supply Chain; (11) Presence; (12) Network and (13) Ambience Innovative. As a result, it is noted that the platform of companies has received greater attention, while that brand and market presence emerge as weaknesses to be strengthened. The recommendations arising from the research are positioned as the basis for the development and strengthening of the application of science in professional practice.
