Abstract

This work is to present the historical scope, prospects and challenges of the program National Education in Agrarian Reform - PRONERA, a public policy education, performed by Ministry of Agrarian Development - MDA, through the National Institute of Colonization and Reform Land - INCRA. To carry out the work in question, it chose some theoretical and methodological procedures, as the literature review and document analysis. As research into crop progress in the academic master's degree in Professional Education of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Rio Grande do Norte technology - IFRN, covering aspects related to development actions Educational linked the realities of Settlements Federal Projects.
