This report aims to describe all activities carried out in the supervised internship at Salão e Barbearia do Jocelino, allowing for the elaboration of a diagnosis about the company and, later, improvements to its operation. In the internship, held from November 16, 2020 to June 16, 2021, digital marketing and content marketing actions were developed in which the intern was responsible for taking care of the management, monitoring, and creation and publication of material with relevant content for the audience that follows the company's social media; and, relationship marketing actions through the use of e-mail and transmission list tools in a message application, in addition to carrying out a satisfaction survey. Thus, during the internship, possible points of improvement were identified for the activities developed in digital marketing, content and relationships, many of which were implemented in the aforementioned period. In addition, recommendations were also made on the performance of managers, such as the need for more frequent meetings with the entire team, as well as with the administrative sector, in order to strengthen the role of owners in managing the company. The internship experience provided the student with the first contact with the job market in the marketing area, allowing the application of contents and theories addressed in the Superior Course of Technology in Marketing, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte, in the Natal Campus – North Zone, thus enabling the performance in different fields of activity of the profession, in addition to personal, professional and academic improvement.
