Relatório de prática profissional realizada na Coordenação de Tecnologia da Informação do IFRN - campus Canguaretama

Abstract

This document has the purpose of reporting the effective professional practice that began on April 1, 2023 and ended on October 1, 2023, lasting 6 months in the administrative sector of the Information Technology Coordination (CTI), of the Federal Institute of Education , Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN). This report will address a contextualization of the IFRN and its forms of action in education, as well as its offer of insertion of young people into the world of work, the working environment used during the period of professional practice will be presented and a brief definition of the student training support program. The professional activity aimed to provide support to users, technical support and basic computer maintenance, support in the installation of network assets and support for teaching, research and extension demands under the responsibility of the sector. As the main objective, the day-to-day activities and activities carried out on campus will be demonstrated and how they were beneficial for the academic exercise of training and professional experience, combining theory and practice when carrying out activities involving the Unified Public Service System (SUAP) , as a form of auxiliary tool in resolving calls, improving technical knowledge in IT and social communication and behavior skills.
