Elizabeth revestimentos LTDA : vivências como aprendiz de eventos e uma empresa privada

Abstract

This report describes the activities carried out in the Occupational Medicine sector, as well as the practices developed as an Administrative Apprentice in the Elizabeth Revestimentos LTDA industry, located in the municipality of Goianinha/RN, during the period from April 2023 to December 2024. The aim of this work is to present the actions carried out by the reporter at one of Brazil's most renowned ceramic tile manufacturing units, belonging to the Mohawk Industries group, currently the largest producer of tiles by revenue in Brazil, which is the world's second largest market in this segment. The company stands out for its wide audience, through its accessibility, quality and prestige. The duties carried out during the apprenticeship period followed the needs of the specific work schedule for the sector, among which the following stand out: dealing with employees, feeding exams and certificates into the RM and SOC systems, organizing the sector and producing and planning corporate events in partnership with other sectors of the industry. In addition to the activities carried out, this report describes the challenges faced and the possible solutions adopted by the student. Finally, the conclusion highlights the results achieved and emphasizes that the activities set out in the plan were carried out in the best possible way, providing valuable experience.
