This project, entitled "MKT.Lab for the Promotion of Projects with Social Impact in Tourism and Events: Edition Katu Experiences and Aldeia Catu", is an initiative of the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN) – Campus Canguaretama, in partnership with company Katu Experiences and the Aldeia Catu dos Eleotérios located between the municipalities of Canguaretama and Goianinha – RN. Its main objective is to advise these entities in the development and implementation of strategic local marketing planning, promoting indigenous culture and encouraging community-based tourism in a sustainable and competitive way. The project's implementation period began on April 10, 2024, and runs until March 31, 2025. Through social marketing strategies, the project seeks to strengthen the visibility and sustainability of the community and the company, valuing the cultural identity of Aldeia Catu and generating economic and social benefits. Activities include the survey and diagnosis of products and services offered, strategic planning and the promotion of local experiences, products and services. The report details the steps taken, the challenges faced and the expected impacts, with the aim of boosting the economic, social and cultural development of the region.
