Proposta de uma especificação de software de suporte para a Assessoria de Assistência Estudantil (ASAES) com base no levantamento e análise de casos de transtornos de ansiedade no Campus Avançado Lajes do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN)

Abstract

Anxiety disorders are psychiatric disorders frequently found in the general population. In Brazil, its prevalence is high, being the main mental health problem in large urban centers. In the year 2019, in the municipality of Lajes in the state of Rio Grande do Norte (RN), Brazil, more specifically, in the Lajes Advanced Campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), there has been noticed an abnormal number of cases of anxiety disorders being received by the Student Activities Advisory (ASAES), both by students and by workers (outsourced workers and civil servants). Therefore, this research project aims to map potential cases related to anxiety disorders within the Lajes Advanced Campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), in order to propose a specification of a computational solution that helps the Student Activities Advisory (ASAES) to better manage cases related to the aforementioned disorders. In this sense, for this software to be implemented, it will be necessary to use a database, in which sets of information, related to each other, will be stored for later recovery. To this end, a description of the logical and conceptual model of the database was made, in order to define the implementation of the system and the relationships that will be established between the entities of the database, as well as their attributes.
