Proposta de um sistema de apoio à UNICAT: processos de avaliação e renovação

Abstract

The Central Unit of Therapeutic Agents (UNICAT) in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, has been facing problems for the distribution of medicines due to the large number of calls made. During the month, about 30 thousand patients are treated, the renewal and evaluation processes are responsible for generating most of these visits. Therefore, the present work aims to carry out a proof of concept, proposing a system that makes it possible to carry out these processes remotely, since they are currently only carried out in person. For this, the work included the stages of planning, knowledge acquisition, requirements gathering, system modeling, prototyping and development. With this, SISUNICAT was developed, a system divided into mobile and web application that contains the necessary functionalities to enable the request for renewal through the smartphone and the retrieval of this information through the web system, also including the sending and retrieval of photos.
