Relatório de prática profissional desenvolvido na loja de eletrodomésticos Big Eletro na área de vendas
Resumo
This report aims to describe the professional practice developed in the sales area, the
strategies that the company develops, its structure and the planning with the team. The
professional practice was developed in the retail store Big Eletro located in Natal in the
state of Rio Grande do Norte, branch of the group Atacadão dos Eletros. The
development of the practice was done through the Young Apprentice program through
the Center of Integration Company School (CIEE). During the development of the
activities were used the knowledge acquired in the Marketing Technology course of
the IFRN campus north zone. Marketing is directly linked to the sales market, from the
first approach to the customer to the closing of the sale. During the development of the
activities, the positive aspects and fragilities of the sales area were raised aiming at
the improvement of the product supply service.
