Manual para elaboração e implantação do Plano de Gerenciamento de Resíduos da Construção Civil

Abstract

This material is an initiative of the creation of a Technical Product, developed by the student José Douglas and the supervisor Dr. Régia Lopes, through a Professional Master's research on the "Analysis of effective practices in the management of construction waste at construction site: proposal of a manual" in the Programa de Pós-graduação em Uso Sustentável dos Recursos Naturais (PPgUSRN) of the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN) - Campus Natal Central. The purpose of producing it was to present a free, applicable, innovative and easy-to-understand instrument, which increases the implementation of waste management at construction sites, so that construction companies receive the benefits in developing it, and thus contribute to the reduction of waste generation, the reuse of materials, as well as to the incentive to the growth of the recycling sector. In addition, a demand from SINDUSCON-RN, to PPgUSRN, for the material was met. Therefore, this manual has the proposal of instructing the professionals, the companies and the large generators of waste from the construction sector to elaborate, implement and monitor a Construction Waste Management Plan (CWMP). The instrument was written in an objective manner, following the recommendations of the current legislations (Federal Law no. 12.305/2010 and Resolution no. 307/2002 of CONAMA and its amendments) and the results obtained in the Academic Research. Thus, the manual was divided following the minimum topics provided in Article 21 of the National Policy on Solid Waste (NPSW). In this way, it was sought to address each item, presenting them in a theoretical and practical way, being indicated with examples, guidelines for completion and models of documents that assist in the development of the management practices of the construction waste.
