Resumo
The extension project in conjunction with professional practice proposed offering the maintenance service of computers to the public school system, as well as the realization of an expository class on the computer course for the 9th grade classes of the elementary school. For this, questionnaires were carried out to teachers of the technical subjects of the IFRN computer course, visits to the school attended and group meetings for the formulation of the sample. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the maintenance of computers was impossible, but in partnership with the IT team that provides the service to the City of Lajes, the group was able to finish the professional practice and add in this report both theoretical knowledge and practical.
