Abstract

The main objective of this report is to provide a concise and coherent account of the internship experience of apprentice Rhuann da Silva Tavares. The apprenticeship was completed through the Young Apprentice program at Usina Estivas LTDA, located in the municipality of Arez, Rio Grande do Norte, over a period of approximately 11 months. It is important to emphasize that the process is part of the required hours for completing the Electromechanics technical course at IFRN, Canguaretama Campus. Furthermore, during the internship, the student performed several course-related activities, such as preventive and corrective maintenance on induction motors, electrical panels, and industrial equipment. Therefore, it can be stated that the learning process was essential for the apprentice's personal and professional development, as well as helping to consolidate the technical knowledge acquired during the Electromechanics technical course.
