Abstract

This Course Completion Report aims to describe the experiences lived during the professional learning practice at the company Madeiro Beach Hotel & Resort Bar, located in Tibau do Sul/RN, carried out from February 1, 2024, to September 9, 2025, with a daily workload of 4 hours, totaling 16 hours per week, through the Jovem Aprendiz Legal (Legal Young Apprentice) program, guaranteed by Law No. 10.097/2000. The content refers to the application and contextualization of the knowledge acquired at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte – IFRN, put into action and in compliance with the guidelines established by Resolution No. 13/2015-CONSUP/IFRN. The effective professional practice allows for actions that favor technical, ethical, and cultural development, in addition to promoting communication and interpersonal skills. To carry out the activities at the company, a work plan was structured to guide the progress of the activities to be performed.
